At Daily Things Co., we strive to ensure the quality of every product. Exchange are only available for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. Be sure to review our terms and conditions for full eligibility details.

  • Please note that each ceramic piece is handmade and fired at high temperatures, resulting in slight variations in size and color, which are natural and not considered defects.
  • Signs of normal wear and tear will not be considered defects, and no exchange will be allowed in such cases.
  • Manufacturing variations in the provided measurements are not considered defects.

 Eligibility for Exchange

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in their original condition: unused, unwashed, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund; sale items or gift cards are not eligible for refund.
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at admin@dailythings.sg with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged product.
  • We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.

    Exchange Process

    • To initiate a exchange, please contact us at admin@dailythings.sg with your order number and reason for exchange.
    • Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
    • Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or defective.
